Take the piece that you crossed OVER away from your face (this should be the piece closest to your scalp) and take some hair and add to that section. I like to do two crosses over before I start adding additional hair to the twist. Take your two sections that are twisted, and then cross them over one another away from your face. So don’t worry about going ALL the way to the end with your twisting. It’s most important to get them twisted in the front near the root because you’ll continue to twist the rest as you go. We won’t twist them over one another until Step Three. You’ll want to try to get close to the root as well. Take each section and twist them towards your face. Then, grab two equal sections of your hair on one side of your part to begin! Step Two I usually do my everyday beach waves here for this style and add in some of Kristin Ess’ working texture spray.
